The TeamGroup RAM spec has better timings but is XMP 3.0 so a small chance it may cause issue with AMD unless you can confirm it is compatible.

The second one uses EXPO and is on the QVL, whereas the first says XMP and the model is not on the QVL.

The heatsinks on the Team Group are better, and they have a thermal pad on the PMIC which the G Skills lack. If you just want to set XMP/EXPO and forget it, the Team Group kit is fine.
