Which of these 2 SSDs?

OK, like to get an SSD and narrowed it down to these two (unless anyone knows of any problems).

Anyone use these?

Samsung PB22-J 128GB
OR
Crucial M225 128GB

Crucial M225. Slight (subjective) edge over the Samsung and have confirmed firmware upgrades. Also consider the Intel X25M if budget allows/size of drive is large enough.
