Which of these 22" LEDs?

Looking for a new 22" screen, upgrading form a 19" Samsung. Have narrowed it down to either of these:

I know the IIyama has HDMI but that's not a deal breaker tbh. I will be connecting it up to a GTX460 (1GB) for what its worth and it will be primarily a gaming monitor.

Does it need to be 22in?

If not, then with that budget I would suggest going for this or this.

It doesn't have to be I suppose, I was just leaning a little more towards LEDs which caused the price to move towards 24" territory.
