which of these CPUs is better?

An Opteron 146 or a Athlon 4000+. Both have 1MB cache.
Chip will sit inside a shuttle for light gaming/media playback (720p max).
I woud like to overclock a bit, but probably not push it too far, as I want my box to be fairly quiet.
Which of these chips should I go for?
 
The newer 4000+'s are meant to clock like champions at low vcore, even better than the best 146's.

But if you're only going to overclock a little then the cheapest would probably suffice.
