Which of these games can be played WITHOUT nunchuks?

Just got a Wii with the following games for xmas, but we only have 1 controller and 1 nunchuk, I was going to buy a 2nd controller today with Wii play. But can we manage two player without a second nunchuk in the following games?

Wii Sports:
Tennis
Bowling
Baseball
Golf
Boxing

Mario Party 8

Rayman Rabbids 2

Mario Olympics

Tennis - yes
Bowling - yes
Baseball - yes
Golf - yes
Boxing - no - requires a nunchuck for each player
Rayman Rabbids 2 - some games can be wiimote only

You haven't lived until you've tried playing tennis with nun chucks, I'm talking in real life, Not on the Wii.

Well if you had never played it, you may well think nunchuk to move character and remote to control racket?
