which of these is the best memory between these two options?

Ive been recommended both these options as memory for my new build.

Can anyone tell me which is the best being price difference is minimal.

also im planning on using this cpu heatsink setup http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU-003-TL ,will the patriot fit under or are the heatsinks to big?

The Avexir looks to be the fastest amongst this lot.

Stability kind of depend on the memory controller in the CPU.

going with a Intel Core i5-4670K 3.40GHz so should be a pretty stable system.
