The one at the top of the list (X6800) but the second one (E6700) being the most reasonably priced second hand . . . approx £45!

I;ve currently got 6400 so may as well get a new motherboard. I wanted to upgrade to SSD but realised by motherboard only supports SATA1 so probably need to upgrade everything. I suppose I'll wait for cheaper SSDs and upgrade the lot.

Get a new mobo and go quad.

The X6800 would be good but I would personally go for i5, i7 doesn't appeal to me with the tri-channel ram requirements. I can't foot the bill at the moment.
