Which of these motherboards will give me the most overclocking potential?

I'm considering replacing my Asrock DS and have narrowed my choice down to 2 boards, but I'm unsure of the overclocking potential of them.

The first is a Gigabyte GA-K8NSC-939, the other is an EPoX EP-9NDA3I.

I can't find what voltages/HTT speeds the Gigabyte board will allow you to go up to. The EPoX board, according to the manual, will go up to 400MHz HTT, change the vdimm up to 2.8v and the vcore to 0.25v over stock.

I've had a Gigabyte board in the past and it never missed a beat, but I'm not familiar with EPox boards.

Any input would be great, dagwoood.

Thanks a lot guys.

Looks like the EPoX wins by a unanimous vote.

Not the exact same board, but I have a K8ns Ultra. It runs my 3000 Veice at 2.7ghz which is a 50% overclock. The board is limited with overclocking options especially DDR voltage, but still has given me a good result.

What voltagees, also the ram divider? I have a 3000 venice at 2.4ghz at the moment, cant budge it up as board wont allow higher vooltage (1.450v)
