which Of These Speaker?

Hi guys I'm at my local Argos (can I say that) and my mum is willing to buy me a pair of speakers under £40. So far I've found the Creative Inspire M2600 (£30) or the Logitech X240, which to go for?

I'd go for Creative, they both seem very similar so it depends what you'd rather have, a wired remote control (very handy especially if it's got a headphone jack on it, got one with my Cambridge Works 2.1's) or a mp3 cradle, which seems rather pointless if you're using these speakers with your PC.

I'm sure either would be fine though. I doubt there's going to be much difference in speaker quality at that price range.

I'd agree with mart981, the difference between them is going to be miminal in sound quality. Ever though about buying some high quality gaming headphones however?

Yeah I've got some Creative Fatal1ty comin in tomo.

Would I get better for my money at OC and are these speakers decent.
