Ok, I've narrowed my search down to two monitors but i really can't choose between them. I was hoping someone here might be able to give an opinion as to why one would be better than the other!

The monitors are:
- Samsung SM-2032BW Pebble 20" Widescreen LCD Monitor - Glossy Black
or
- Samsung SM-206BW 20" Widescreen LCD Monitor - Glossy Black

Also, I'm looking to have a dual screen setup but I'm not sure how to do that with one port on the graphics card. Is it just a case of getting some kind of adapter that splits in two? (This is probably such a noob question I know!) :)

I believe you CAN get adapters like that, but this way you'd only be able to have the same output mirrored on the second monitor - not a 'true' dual screen setup. To get an 'extended desktop' environment, you'd need to invest in a a dual-head video card. Assuming that your system has options for video expansion (PCI-E or AGP), then any basic dual-head card that doesn't use Turbocache or Hypermemory (ATI & Nvidias term for sharing system memory) should be fine - assuming you don't want to play games of course.

The specs on those two screens look very similar - I recently made a similar choice between the 226BW and the 2232BW Pebble. Since the viewing angles are slightly better on the Pebble, you may as well go for that for the sake of a couple of ££.

Ah thats great thanks. I've just double checked on the card im getting and it clearly states 'Dual dual-link DVI supports two 2560 x 1600 resolution displays' in the spec... doh! It even shows the two connectors in the picture! :p

As for which monitor I guess it must come down to looks then. Or whether I can order the pebble one before the end of the week and make use of the special offer!
