Star wars: Fallen Order
Red Dead Redemption 2
The Last of Us Part 1
Horizon Zero Dawn
God of War
Elden Ring
Forspoken

Looking for recommendations on which one to play first?

RDR2 or TW3

Everything else before Witcher 3, because that one will ruin gaming for you. It's a masterpiece and nothing new I play ever seems to come close.

Do them alphabetically, so

Do what I do, play all the games and finish none of them.

You could sort them by time to complete. That way you won't feel bogged down in any one game and as eager to start the next. You can search howlongtobeat to see average game completion times.
