I'd probably go with the iiyama, I prefer their products, though can't comment on the warranty. If you need speakers in the monitor, go with the viewsonic. Looks like they'd probably be the same panel in the screen, so go with the one that looks nicest to you perhaps.

Both specs look more or less the same. I'd go for Viewsonic - is is 2 quid more, but looks way better and has speakers!
