Which one is better?

Samsung SyncMaster P2450H 24" (costs £204)
Samsung SyncMaster BX2450 24" (costs £236)



I dont see much difference between them. Which one is better?

The top one is a great monitor my friend uses it and it has great picture and nice design to the screen , i would go with that one if i wanted to get one

Radar is that excluding VAT on those prices? I cant find the BX2450 anywhere cheaper than £250.
