Which one should I get?

Ok to start with I have this case

From the reviews and what not it seems this is good for airflow and has a lot of room which is good!

Now my next step is what bundle to get from OC.

Now one is 4Ghz and is a lot cheaper than the other one? Which one is better? Why is there a rather large price difference between the two?

My PC will be used for gaming - ideally I want to be as future proof as possible.

Thanks Wes, can I ask why would you choose this? And btw the packages have changed since I posted the links :(
 
Because even at stock it will still do the job at a sufficient standard and overclocking an i7 just makes the CPU pretty much overkill, so 3.80ghz (the cheapest overall out of those bundles, i think) is your best bet, but if you really want 4ghz, then by all means go for it, but 3.80ghz is more than enough.
