Which one to go for?

If you're going to overclock definitely go for the E4300.

Its higher multiplier will allow you to reach higher speeds than the E6300.

Ok good, but will I see difference in gaming performance in between E4300@3ghz and E6300@3ghz?

And how high clocks I can expect with the E4300+RD600+GeilPC6400 2 GB and a Scythe ninja plus rev b? I want it to be rock stable.

Yes as the E4300 has a higher multiplier so will be at a lower FSB, but the idea behind overclocking is that you raise the FSB to the highest it can be, therefore there's a higher potential overclock from the E4300.

E6300 @ 3.0ghz = 7 * 428mhz (Will most likely top out at around there, due to FSB limits, not multiplied clock limit.

E4300 @ 3.0ghz = 9 * 333

So, going by calculations even if the E4300 only reaches 350fsb (Which it will) then you're getting 3150mhz out of it as a total.

:edit: Noticed you edited your post, the clocks I've stated shoudl be attainable, although I haven't had any first hand experience so I'd wait for someone else to back me up on this :p

E4300 because you can overclock them with cheap motherboards and ram. E6300 typically requires more expensive components to get the same performance.
