what is the laptop going to be used for? i think 2GB of ram just for browsing/music and the typical home user software is plenty.
also what is the full specs of the two laptops your looking at ?
Ill use it mainly for office stuff, browsing and the odd game. Just wondering which is better value. Can you upgrade the OS on laptops easily? Is the nvidia card worth it?

well i checked both online and the acer is ment to be cheaper, but the lenovo is going to be the better machine. i wouldn't worry about the 2GB of memory unless your doing music/video conversion or something like that. plus im sure the 2GB memory can be upgraded to 4GB at very least if you wanted to.
