Which one?

I would wait a month or so and grab one of the new cards. I really wouldnt wanna buy a new card in that price range right before the new cards come out.
 
At this point I'd at least wait till GTC next month to see if Nvidia announces Pascal. Most rumours point to a May/June time frame for its release, but then they're just rumours. If you can't wait that long, then I'd wait till Monday as andybird says for deals on the 970s.
 
for an Nvidia card the best you're going to get for £400 is a 980, I've seen second hand Tis go for £450 on ebay. though if I was spending that much GTC is in 2 weeks time that is when we should 99.999% certain get some solid information regarding the new gpus I'd definitely hold off if you've managed this long without an upgrade :)
