which fans are the best, best in terms of air flow to noise level. i want quiet fans 2x 120mm at least, led doesn't really matter as they arn't as good. please suggest

i would recomend the Akasa Amber, its a good fan and is quiet and chugs a lot of air to noise, they should make an air to noise ratio, perhaps i will patent the idea :S lol

personally though i recomend delta fans, they mnihgt be a tad loud but im sure they can hover

Scythe s-flex the 9db version is lovely and quiet. Swapped to them from Ambers and found them to be sweet.
