Which option to take?

Do I get an i7 980x with a single GTX 580 OR

Do I get an i7 950 with Sli Gtx 580's OR

Wait for the sandybridge motherboard issue to be fixed and then get dual 580's?

I game mostly and want the best possible performance/price ratio out of my build and on the highest settings.

you go for a Sandybridge 2600K and get a much better pc, then swap the motherboard for a working SATA port one just before the warranty expires on it, and receive an extra 2-3 years warranty length on this new motherboard, so thats almost 4-6 years warranty just for waiting.

what he says (although personally i did not feel the 2600K was worth the extra expense over the 2500K so went with that)

predicting around april but i am not worried, hell it could be september for all i care, it will be fine for a while as is.
