As many may know i am in the market for a Honda Jazz and i have come across the following two vehicles:

1) Blue Jazz with 18k mileage up for £9,000

2) Black Jazz with 9k mileage up for £9,450. Has optional extras in front heated and rear leather seats, parking rear sensors and sat nav head unit. Basically top spec model.

Now i really do like the blue colour but i do like the option extras of the black jazz and potentially thinking it would be easier to sell on with it being loaded with all the optional extras.

Could try offering them £9,000 ;)

Alternatively, just wait for a blue jazz with a good spec + mileage for the money, if the colour is important to you.

It depends on the condition of the cars and what history you can glean. If both in the same condition then the black Jazz with lower mileage.

No brainer.

Unless you're female in which case you should definitely base your car selection on the colour alone.

However if you're male you should mtf and base your car selection on general important things instead. :p

I was just thinking this. Unless OP is female then surely this is a non-question!

Lets put it this way, when you're driving it around, are you more likely to be thinking:

"I wish I had leather seats, sat nav, and parking sensors" :(

or

"I wish this car was blue" :(

I looked online at similar spec models and they were all coming in at £10,500 with more miles (around 20k). This car was on the forecourt for just over a month originally priced at £11,000 but dropped to £10,490 this weekend gone. Apart from a light scratch on front and rear it's in very good condition.
