i currently have a amd 350 processer 64 bit 3.5gig ram and 256mb graphics card should i go with xp visa or windows 7

I don't think you need a visa to run XP.

But I'd say go for Win 7.

im finding windows 7 a bit cluncky would xp be the next best option , what about vista

If you find Windows 7 clunky you probably wouldn't fair much better with Vista, although Vista does have the classic theme/start menu option.

Go with XP if you really want to - it works - but you must accept that it is, slowly but surely, coming towards the end of it's life.

Windows 7 with Readyboost after a few weeks blows XP away, at least at home for me. Still like XP at work

Windows 7 is a fantastic OS. I am never going to install XP on a new machine - ever.
