Also is it worth instead waiting for Windows 8 to come out in October or will i be able to get a cheap upgrade to it if needed.

BTW i have a windows Vista installation disc should i use that then upgrade to win 7 instead , would it be cheaper?

I saw on overclockers once you could get Win 7 and then upgrade to Win 8 for just £15 but i cant seem to find that offer now mabye it was just for ready built computers.

Anyway thanks a lot.

Windows 7 Home will do fine for now.

Don't install Vista and upgrade.

The windows 8 upgrade offer wasn't ocuk only, so you'll still be able to use that in the future.
