Which over clock for my 9700k?

Hey guys, I've got a 9700k that I'm happy to over clock to a modest over clock of 4.8ghz

I've not really used LLC before and got a little confused when I saw people not even recommending it at all due to over shoot.

But I'm getting a lot of vdroop. So here's the stable results from three overclocks. I'm on gigabyte z390 pro

1.245v LLC auto/off (1.6v under load) VOUT showing 1.21 max

1.215v LLC low (1.6v under load) VOUT showing 1.19 max

1.2v LLC Medium (1.6v under load) VOUT showing 1.17 max

Temps all the same under load. Max I've seen on these hot days are 68c while stress testing with a noctua u14-s

I mean it's looking like it doesn't really matter which? But some advice/thoughts would be good.

Also why do gigabyte have auto/normal/standard. Testing them and they all seem the same
