Which overclock would give better performance?

Hi

I have 2 settings which I would like to keep one of. Both are stable but I am not entirely sure which would give me better performance.

This rig is used for gaming, editing occasional pics and the usual media entertainment. The difference is basically between the memory and cache scores. Would they actually give similar performance?

personally i'd say that the second overclock with slightly slower ram speed but a higher cpu clock is better, the slight difference in ram speed wont really be noticeable unless you are running benchmarks
