Have a look at the Creative ZiiO which starts at about £200 and ships with 8GB of storage (expandable)

7 and 10 inch versions with Android OS but I think the 7 inch model will be better, apparently it has a better colour screen (16 million colours compared to a 262k colour display on the 10 inch model).

Would reccomend the Advent Vega too, but only if you put the MoDaCo custom rom on, otherwise it is pants.
