Which pci-e mobo and psu for me??

I am planning on making th jump to pci-e along with a 7800GT, but I can't decide on a motherboard.

This motherboard has to support the 2gb Ballistix kit. Also I will have to get a new PSU and I don't want to spend over $100 canadian on that(recommendations??)

Here's what I'm deciding between

Asus A8N-E $113

Asus A8N - $132

DFI NF4 Ultra-D - $140

I have a 3000+ and will be overclocking. I've heard the DFI board is the best, but why? What reason should I spent more money on the DFI board??
