Which pcie slot do I use for wifi when have 2 x m.2 drives?

have an Asus B360-f motherboard and have a kind of problem.

When I only had 1 x m.2 drive installed my pcie wifi card was seen and worked fine but once installed my second m.2 drive it was not working and had a symbol next to it in Device Manager. I think I tried it in every pcie slot but no joy.

Now because I was installing a fresh Windows etc I thought it might be something else or even the wifi card itself was at fault.

I've now ordered a new wifi card but will it work? Do the two m.2 drives and the gpu take up all the pcie lanes and that's the problem or is it something else?

It turns out that it was the wifi card that was faulty. I suppose anything and everything can break or just stop functioning.
