My SE has anti vibration pads on the fans. Jesus, talk about overpriced!! You want the Phantom Spirit anyway. It has a extra heatpipe and cools slightly better and is less than £32. The Phantom Spirit Evo is less than £42!!

I stand corrected. It did not show them on a retailer page, nor on the manufacturer website.
