Which phone do I need.

OK here goes.........

I want a phone that will sync with Outlook (perfectly, including lots of note entries for each contact, these are records of meetings etc)
At least able to hold 1200 contacts with previously mentioned notes and not slow to a crawl in use.
Good screen with high resolution.
Camera nice but not essential.
Not a brick in size.
I would strongly prefer a qwerty keyboard that is useable without being a yoga master.

any of the windows mobile phones will sync excellently with outlook and with notes

which one you choose is a personal preference really as they all have theyre own advantages and disadvantages
