Hi all just want opinions on which is the better phone from these three?

HTC Sensation XE
Samsung Galaxy S II
Nokia Lumia

t-mobile have offered me an early upgrade, can get any of these for no extra cost, I could also possibly go for the iphone4s if i wanted too

Thanks

I do everything on my phone, browse the web, music, movies etc. Currently have a Xperia X10. My fiance has a hd2 which is now running WP7, i am quite impressed with WP7 as an OS. Havent really had much experience with IOS. How easy is it to set it up for things such as tethering?

Well, they are all good at those things really. Music wise, the iPhone is the best unless you hate iTunes, though you may find how it handles video files quite annoying as you can't just drag and drop them like you can on Android.

Tethering is very easy as long as your plan/network both support it. For heavy movie watching the Galaxy S II screen is certainly good though.

The Lumia 800 is without doubt a very good phone but I wouldn't rate it equal to the 4S/S2.

I hate iTunes with a passion but am forced to use it with my iPod shuffle so thats not really an issue.
Where does the HTC XE fit into all of this? the specs look very similar to the SGSII

Well, ultimately the Sensation is similar in specs to the S2, but it falls short in every area.

Some people prefer the design and feel of it, but that's all it has going for it.

Yeah the S3 is probably going to be announced at MWC next month. But that means it won't reach our shores until April/May time.

Gotta disagree, i sold my Galaxy S2 for a Sensation XE & im far more happy with the HTC than i was with the S2, I actually perfer the higher rez screen on the HTC over the AMOLED+ screen.

It have no problem at all running anything on this HTC everything ran just a good on this as it did on the Sammy S2.

It's basically swings & roundabouts between the HTC and S2, some thing are better while otherthings are not.

I agree with Robbo, and his views are a lot less unbiased than yours.

Not really. If you compare every feature side-by-side, the Galaxy S II is clearly better.

I'm not saying the Sensation is bad though, I have nothing against it.

I recently got an upgrade and went for the Lumia 800.

I know it's not 'dual core' and doesn't have a picture of fruit on it but it has wow factor and I feel it's the best phone I've ever owned.

Thanks guys, I suppose my last question is, is it worth upgrading from my current phone (SE Xperia X10) at the moment?

Just thought of another, what is the real life battery life like on these phones, when I first got the X10 i was lucky to get 10 hours out of a full charge, with the firmware upgrades they did I can now easily get a few days out of it.
