Which platform is best for Dead Space 1?

I have this game for the PC, but i'm struggling with it as I find the keyboard/mouse interface a bit awkward, how does it play on a Console?

I really really enjoyed it on xbox, great game, speakers up and lights off.

Xbox (because of achievements) > PC with 360 gamepad > PS3

That is my order of choice.

Aye but I don't like the DS3 pad and the PS3 version has some graphical effects missing. Granted, you wouldn't notice if you hadn't played on another platform though.

What's missing? The comparisons I've read all said they were about the same, with the 360 having a more stable framerate.

PC + 360 Controller if you don't like the KB&M controls. Not sure why a platform should win because it has pop ups that say "10G - Complete Chapter 1"...

PC with 360 gamepad, lights off, naked and some decent headphones!

Maybe not the naked part, the choice is yours.

with this game you really must turn off in-game v-sync and then force it on using the Nvidia/AMD drivers. Do that and see how much the feel of it improves.

Yeah, this is the way I played it, despite having a 360. It runs very nicely, and it runs well on surprisingly low specs!

360, the rumble on the controller adds a lot, big TV, lights off and flopping on the couch for the win.
