Ok I want a circular polariser for my lenses but having a look around there seems to be loads varying in price and I assume in quality. Hoya always seem to get good reviews when it comes to filters, although picking one from their range I’m lost.

I’m after a 77mm to fit my Canon 24-105is and Sigma 10-20, and don’t mind ordering from local or aboard so any recommendations from you guys?

Thanks. :)

Just go for a standard Hoya, does the job fine. Actually not sure about on the 10-20 because you may get vignetting due to the lens capturing the filter edges with a standard thickness polariser. I bought a Hoya Pro1 digital (just a thinner mount really) for my Tokina 12-24 for that reason. Just look for Circular PL pro1 digital with a 77mm size and you should be fine. Others with the exact lens you have may give better options.

for an uwa lens slim filters are recommended, i have a standard thickness filter and i get vignetting on my 17-40 and 24-105 with the 5d :(
