Which Pool Table do you think is best?

Need advice. I'm looking to choose best 7ft pool table for garage. Budget only 300 to 500 pounds. So non slate but good enough for me to practice shots pocketing and cue ball positions etc

Which do you think would be best out of these 2 below. BCE Black Cat 7ft table (I'm told is slow) ............or the Air King Mahogany 7ft table. (Not sure if fast or slow) Links to those 2 tables below.

I like the black cat, you getting a typical overhead light and the garage kitted out too? I'd be tempted to change the door to a normal house door and get the walls boarded up to give it a better feel. Last thing you want is for your new man cave to get damp.
