Which pots & pans?

That Gaggenau is one fantastic hob, seen one in a house in Hampshire last year, it was just amazing, but it did cost around £4k, wouldn't even fit in my kitchen: & I couldn't afford it if it did.:(

Some very thick pans and matched to the size in your case of the induction loop.

Although I can't find actual size ratio, I suspect it must be in their book. Would love to find out.

I like Analon proffesional, although they aren't as good as they used to be, the reymound blanc ones are thinner than they used to be.

I do like the look of tha all-clad hard anodised.
I would love to find a new brand, I hate the large long handles, would like a range with tiny handles on the entire range for oven use and a good selection.
I like the 7" oval all-card side dishes,

Why can all pans have those style handles.

Then the two reymond blanc ones are perfect size, but not perfect handles and would like them even more if they were even heavier
20/24cm skillets.

You got me thinking now, I need to find a new brand with decent handles.
