My case is now a mess. I'm using a non-modular Corsair VX550W, and my cable layout in my Gigabyte Aurora 3D is now a mess. Cable everywhere.

I'd like to minimize the amount of cables I run and make it neat. I've Previously had HX520W and the HX620W, but are there any better choices for sensible cable layout/loadout ?

(I don't have any issues with the PSU, it's just a mess with cabling as the case is bigger than my previous one.

A fully modular AX series Corsair will give the best options as even modular PSU's such as Antec new truepowers have a few to many SATA/Molex/PCI-E cables attached.

Do you know what I mean ... I want less connectors per cable, and more sockets to plug into (If that makes sense?).

Those AX units are really nice, but I should put a limit of £100 really. (damn. they are nice lol)

See you added that true power link. That's not a bad unit. Is it quiet?

Would definatley want to have 4x pci-e cables (because I'm stupid and buy things I won't need lol).

OH no.. I just looked at the Dark power pro's.. lol.

yeah definately. Fantastic reviews for the 750W ! (Appreciate you putting those links up :-) )

Shame it's not more modular... I'll have a think about it :-) (I wish it looked more sexy as well, but it's just a PSU that won't get seen lol.

Stulid, and you call me stubborn ;) Yeah their good for the price, Seasonic make XFX aswell though. Dunno if their cheaper.

I'm running a 750W Antec Truepower New Blue in this PC. Quite pleased with it.
While it could be more modular I found it almost had just the right amount of non-modular connectors to save needing to use the modular ones.
The biggest issue for me was trying to make use of all the non-modular connectors. There were about enough, but trying to make the one lead reach everywhere was tricky.

As you know, my disk drives are all the way at the bottom, and I have one mounted in a 3.5" bay half way up the case because it's got a SATA/IDE converter on it. So I'm looking for something that will be relatively neat in that respect.

Maybe I just need to bust the cable ties out, and move the drives around more lol.
