750W is eough for SLI, but i would get the OCZ-Z series 850W because it will be far more energy efficient (80+ gold rated rather than 80+ bronze). this will save more than the price difference of the two PSUs on the electric bill :)

I got the corsair 850 tx and I wasn't running crossfire at the time, I am now and I wouldn't want the 750 now

but it was a very good price at the time £75, tho not modular
