Which Prime95 mode?

I got a Q9550 E0 last week and clocked it to 4Ghz. It passes 20 runs of LinX with all memory. I also ran MemTest86 for 5 hours without any errors.

I'm wanting to run Prime95 as another CPU stability test but don't tend to use it so not sure which mode to go for. The memory is fine so should I run small FFT as it just tests the CPU or is it better to run large FFT as it's hotter and tests some RAM too?

whats the vid on yours?

ive hit 4.5ghz easy on my setup when testing for the fsb limit, i also found 500x8.5 is a hole on mine, but can run past that and its fine, i run mine sensibly at 4.2ghz for now, until i can work out how to lower my vcore somewhat.

as for prime95, i normally start out with a couple of hours blend, then run the other tests, that cpu has a max intel safe temp of 71.5c and a max vid range up to 1.34v
