I read in my magazine that the intel chip was the best one to get for a laptop, but yesterday a few people were telling me that the AMD chip is better? Any advice? Cheers

or a sempron, or celeron m... they dont offer any great battery performance either... if you can afford a core 2 duo based laptop then go for it... if not the core duo and core solo machines also perform very well and offer great battery enhancements...Uriel said:Just don't get a laptop with a P4 in it.
