Which program for incremental file sync?

Hi,

I'm currently playing with FreeFileSync, but wondering if there are any alternatives I should check out first?

I need it to copy new files to a backup folder once a week, and delete old (deleted) files when needed.

I use SyncBackFree. Works brilliantly.

Thanks for that, I think I've used this in the past. Seems to have all the options I want and maybe a little more straight forward to use than FreeFileSync.
