CPU is a Core 2 Duo 1.80Ghz

I've so far got installed the following software for cpu temp readings:

Asus Probe II
Intel Thermal Analysis Tool

On 100% load TAT is showing 52-55 degrees and Asus Probe about 48.

Which is most accurate? and do those temp readings look ok for 100% load using a Freezer 7 pro for cooling? (idle temp is around 40 using TAT and 35 asus probe)

I've tried to use coretemp but my system restarts as soon as I run it! :(
