Which program to monitor North and South bridge temps?

Depends if they even have temp sensors, not many Mobos tell you both.

Everest will normally give you a temp reading labelled "motherboard", but what that is specifically depends on the motherboard.

It can be the Northbridge, the MOSFETs or the PWMICs

Or the case air temp (board surface temp).
