Which PSU or how many Watts for an HTPC?

Going down the completely silent route....with that AMD processor I wouldn't be comfortable with anything less than a 150W pico.

Processor 100W Thermal Design Power
Mobo 10W Typical
SDD 5W Typical
RAM 10W Typical
Margin 25W (for future additions, in this case limited to a hard drive or two no dedicated graphics card(s))

In this case the processor is the largest consumer by far. Not having a dedicated graphics card(s) is a big saver.
