Which PSU should I get?

Hey guys, I need to get a new PSU as I'm pretty sure my current one isn't up to scratch and it is making a very annoying high pitched noise! I've never bought/installed a PSU although I have done pretty much everything else. I don't want to overload my PC with power and blow it up, and don't want to electrocute myself either! Any suggestions on which PSU to pick would be great!

Here is my spec:

Antec Solution SLK1650B Black Mini Tower Case
350W SmartPower2.0 ATX12V v2.0 power supply
ASRock 4CoreDual-VSTA PT880 Ultra Socket 775 SAT
2 x 512MB Geil PC3200 RAM
Intel Core 2 Duo E6420 CPU
Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 200GB SATA HDD
Maxtor 80GB HDD
1 x Sony DVD-RW
1 x Floppy
Zalman CNPS7700-ALCU 120mm CPU Fan

Corsair and Seasonic make some very nice PSUs. Even if you end up getting a high Wattage PSU PCs only use what they need anyway, so if you got a 1000W one you would only end up using what your components needed.

Im currently using this one and it works like a charm :)
Corsair HX 620W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU (CMPSU-620HXUK)

i would go with the 620w corsair if you plan on futureproofing, ie if you expand to the quad cores when they are mainstream and the next gen nvidia/ati cards, but if you are keeping this spec for a while then get the 520w corsair.
