Which PSU to get? Delta DPS-280FB F REV03F

Hi, I've got a Delta DPS-280FB F REV03F psu in my computer at the moment and need to upgrade it as I've just got a 400watt graphics card (sapphire radeon 5670 hd 1gb ggr5).

I'm not sure what to upgrade it to, obviously something with enough wattage to use the card, but I'm not sure whats compatible with my motherboard etc.

My computer specs are:
Win XP SP3
Motherboard - Lenovo m57p
Intel Dual Core, Intel 2 Duo 3000
CPU E8400 3ghz 2992 (there were two of these written when I was working it out with a program like aida32)
2gb RAM (got a further 2 compatible with the motherboard coming soon)

What is compatible with the pc by means of PSU that I could get, I'm looking for a range of below £70 as what with buying the 5670, ram and a few other things lately I'm a little strapped for cash.

Any help or pointers with this?

Cool, thanks a lot. These two power units though, I read something about 20 or 24 pin plugs that the motherboard uses or somesuch stuff, my pc was purchased back in 2008, so that would most likely be the 24 pin ones?

These are definitely compatible with the spec I've got? I mean I'd hate to go out and buy something and find its either needing another thing upgraded to use or its not compatible, I've already had that with the graphics card this week haha
