which PSU to run this rig -

P4 805 dual core
microATX board with onboard graphic
512mb ram
1 x Highpoint rocket RAID 1640 4 ports sata RAID controller
4 x Icy box hard drive caddies
4 x 400GB SATA hard drives
1 x 160GB IDE hard drive
1 x DVD-RW drive
1 x Floppy drive
2 x 120mm fans

found a full tower case with 380W PSU but not sure if it'll be enough to powering them

If you can afford it go as high with the wattage as you can, always better to have too much power than too little in my book...if you can, look at the seasonic s12 series...will probably be more reliable than the PSU coming with the tower too

You can't judge a psu by its wattage i'm afraid. A cheap generic 350w psu in a tower case will be able to provide far less power than a 350w psu from a reputable manufacturer such as fsp, seasonic, tagan, enermax or antec.

The other problem with generic psu's is they tend to damage the system when they fail.

350-450w from a reputable manufacturer will be fine, unless you intend to add a powerfull graphics card in future.

Seasonic S12 430 is good for silence, for something a little cheaper fsp have a 400w psu for £31 here.
