Any one know if it will power my Asrock Dual sata 2 ?

MOBO's got the usual long power supply20pin ? and an additional 4pin'd supply.
Currently both are plugged in via my Antec Truepower 430Watt.

I can't seam to find any answers ?

Yep, it has the 4-Pin too.
