Which PSU?

Out of the 2 depending on whether if you modular then go Lian Li but if you don't mind I would recommend the Corsair.
 
I'm in the same boat; my concern with the Corsair 650 is that Corsair's website says it only has 2x PCI-E connectors. For crossfire with the 5850s don't you need 4? Is it easy enough to get an adapter for this?

The other option would be to step up to the TX 750, which has 4x connectors, but they are made by CWT, which don't seem quite as high of quaility as the seasonic ones.
 
If that is the case, then yeah you can get molex to PCIE adapters, however if a PSU claims to be Sli or CrossFire ready, surely it must come with a suitable amount of PCIE power connectors?
Either way, yeah go for Corsair!!
 
The graphics cards will come with 2, 2 molex to a PCI-E adaptor. So you can power one of them off 4 molex cables.
