Which PSU?

Im considering starting my second build, but was wondering if an 850W PSU, most likely corsair would be able to run.

Phenom 1090T
2 x 5870
2 x 1tb WD black
Small SSD (kingston)

as well as a water cooling pump?

i have been doing a lot of playing around with wattage calculaters but its all a bit vague? I would happily buy a 1000w but dont want to unless its needed.

Any ideas?

There's an old saying 'you can never have too much power'
I'd say 850 would be the absolute minimum for that kind of spec rig.
Just buy the highest wattage good quality PSU you can afford, that way you wont need to upgrade the PSU when you next upgrade your rig.
