OCZ ModXStream Pro 600w or Antec High Current Gamer 620W?

I am replacing a corsair TX650w which is making a weird sound, which of these power supplies is better? antec one is slightly more expensive.

The Antec is better.

What makes the antec better, despite it not being modular? I would like the psu to be as quiet as possible, which would be best for that?

out of all the psu's mentioned in this thread, the XFX is the best.
