Which PSU

Looking to do a build shortly, but cannot decide on the PSU.

The build will be a E6400, with an ATI HIS 5450, possibly a Gigabyte G41M board with either 2x2GB DDR3 or 4x1GB DDR2. And either an Intel x-25 V 40GB SSD or a samsung 320gb HD.

The machine will be for office work, internet and movie play back. No gaming.

The choice is between

BeQuiet Pure Power L7 530W

or

OcUK Crusade 450W dual rail

The main criteria is it must be reliable. Any help would be most welcome.

Never skimp on a PSU. And that OcUK one is **** and ridiculously overpriced for what it is.

A cheap/generic PSU is unable to output the volts its stated and often provides a very small ampage per rail. This can (and often will) result in death of components and or the PSU.

Picked the bequiet a few weeks back.

Its nice quiet, feels like and solid and has a decent weight to it.
